Mission

FREN PRODUCTIONS is an art gallery and music/art production service based out of The Village of Philmont, NY. We help guide creatives in their journey from their own practice to the public, through our curatorial and production process that helps bridge the gap between those seeking art and those making it. We also aim to enrich the Philmont community by providing a space for the community to see art and also to showcase their own work and also by being in conversation with local businesses and institutions to stimulating culture and commerce through the arts.

The Gallery

The gallery's mission is to exhibit and sell; contemporary artworks by talented artists dedicated to their creative ideas and skills. We have a main exhibition area where we display curated exhibits and we have the Art From Area section in the front of the gallery where we display artist’s from the Philmont community and neighboring areas in conversation with one another in a salon style hanging arrangement.

Music and Art Production

In our music and art production service we seek to facilitate the making of song recordings and artworks by artists that highlight their style and distinguish their talent among their fan base. Behind the gallery in Philmont, we have our office where we conjure the production process. Whether a creative is seeking to do something new and work with a producer, is having artist block or is at a crossroad with a current idea/deadlines, FREN Productions will help guide the artists intentions to completion. As art producers, FREN Productions respects that artists can benefit from outside ears, perspectives and constructive criticism as well as help with logistics, research and development. We do not have a recording studio in Philmont, rather we have a traveling recording set up to bring to your space, connections to neighboring recording studios or artists can engineer it themselves. For visual artists, we can also visit studios and potentially provide a space for exhibiting the final works. No matter the project, as producers we are here to listen and help creatives get their job done.
